Only once, to activate — and whenever you want to sync. Day-to-day selling, stock-taking, and reports work completely offline. Your online store needs a connection to stay live, but the till never does.
Is the online store extra?+
No. Every plan includes it. Claim your store link, pick which products to show, and it goes live. Only using your own domain name costs a little extra.
Do customers pay on my online store?+
No. They pick what they want and send you an order with their contact details, and WhatsApp opens with the order ready to send. You confirm what is in stock and take payment the way you already do — transfer, cash on delivery, or however you prefer. Nothing is charged on the site.
Do I need a website or a designer?+
No. Add your logo, pick your colour, choose which products to show. Your store is live at your-name.tendally.com in minutes, and it works on any phone.
Do I have to download anything?+
No — you can set up your business and start selling right in your browser. Install the app on your computer, phone, or tablet when you want to sell with no internet at all.
What does one code cover?+
One store for a full year — the till, the online store, and everything in between — across the number of devices in your plan. Every till shares the same stock and sales.
How do I get my code?+
It’s shown on screen right after payment, and also sent to your email and phone by SMS.
Can I add another till later?+
Yes — up to your plan’s device limit. New devices join your store with a simple join code and pick up all your products automatically.
Can I use my own domain name?+
Yes. Point your domain at your store and it becomes the address customers see — up to five per store, for a small extra cost.
What happens when my licence expires?+
You get renewal reminders for 30 days before expiry, plus a 14-day grace period after. Renew with a new code and nothing is lost — your data stays put.
