Delete your account

What happens when we delete your account

We remove your sign-in account and the cloud copy of your business’s data: your products and stock, sales and returns, purchases and expenses, customer records, staff accounts, your online store and its images, and any messages and orders it received. Copies on your own devices are yours; uninstalling the app removes them.

Some records we must keep even after the account is gone: payment and licence records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and then removed.

How it works

Deletion is permanent, so we confirm it’s really you first: we’ll reply to the email address on the account before anything is removed. Expect an answer within a few days, and the deletion itself within 30 days of confirming.
